火花探测器和熄灭系统的设计原理

火花探测器用于监控与储仓连接的除尘管道并且在引

发储仓火灾之前熄灭每一个火花。火花探测系统是由一

台或多台探测器、自动灭火组件或者监控站构成。

当燃烧颗粒从探测器前面经过时,内置继电器运行 3

钟,声音警报器被启动,灭火组件的电磁阀也被打开,

并且喷水嘴喷淋 3 秒钟,时间足够熄灭燃烧的颗粒。监

控站是由灭火组件下游方向上的其他火花探测器构成;

当火花未熄灭时会触发报警器,以便于停止风机和/或关

闭风道阀门。

火花探测器和熄灭系统的设计原理

用安装支架将火花探测器安装于风道的外表面。安装支

架包括两片式金属壳,内部配有防震橡胶垫。固定在风

道上的基座带有钢化玻璃窗。火花探测器可通过钢化玻

璃窗探测到风道内部。用四个把手螺钉关闭外盖,在检

验和测试时使其能够快速打开。

灭火组件的喷嘴安装于风道内的中心位置,以便于使喷

淋方向与朝向储仓的气流方向相同。

电磁阀控制流向喷嘴的水流,安装于风道外,尽可能地

靠近喷嘴。

压力开关可安装在风道之外的电磁阀和喷嘴之间,监控

流入喷嘴的水流并且在因阀门故障而出现漏税时发出

警报。

喷嘴应该与灭火火花探测器间隔适当的距离,使水流适

时到达风道内,这是至关重要的。电路延迟时间可忽略,

水流至少需要 0.2 秒钟形成喷射水流,并且这部分时间

会因不同压力而迥异。如果我们假设风道内的气流速度

15-30 /秒、水压 3-4 巴,那么建议探测器与喷嘴之

间间隔 15 米的距离,但最小间距会更短,低至 6 米。

MASP 13 页的图表说明了各种气流速度的最小距离。

当风道较短而仅仅适用于最小距离时,我们建议将水压

提高至 5-6 巴。

除了灭火操作之外,最好用安装于喷嘴和监控探测器下

游方向上的电动气动防火阀关闭风道,并且通过灭火探

测器或监控探测器进行控制。同时也应考虑风道阀门的

延时,将其放置于适当距离之处。关闭时间取决于尺寸,

但是我们建议考虑 0.5-1 秒。因此,与火花探测器的距

离应为 15-30 米。此外,建议在灭火探测器或火花监控

探测器的控制下停止除尘系统的风机。在完整系统中,

控制面板可作出关闭风道阀门并且关掉风机的停机指

令。

喷嘴下游的火花探测器连同监控喷嘴水流的压力开关

一起执行的监控操作是非常重要的,这是因为监控功能

具有较高的安全水平并且在火花未熄灭时发出信号。其

中,原因有许多:探测器故障、布线问题、电磁阀故障、

污物堵塞阀门膜片、水压过低(1 巴或更低)、燃烧颗粒

过大或者较大的火灾等。在这些情况下,系统关停风机,

关闭风道阀门,操作者需采取手动复位等措施。

火花探测器具有远程测试功能。当按下控制面板的测试

按钮时,每台火花探测器内的白炽灯泡亮起,传感器会

将其识别为火花。因此,整个系统开始运转:电磁阀开

启,喷嘴喷水 3 秒钟。停机指令也被激活,并且声音警

报器发出警报直至操作者按下复位按钮。测试功能方便

进行试运转操作,可随时检查系统。

探测器需使用 24Vdc 电源,可由控制面板供电,并且发

出火花探测器操作、水流经喷嘴、未熄灭火花等信号。

控制面板配有继电器,该继电器可控制灭火操作、声音

报警、风道阀门的关闭和风机停机等操作;同时控制面

板也带有远程测试按钮和人工复位功能。

只有完整系统配有控制面板,而简单系统中电源组件取

代了控制面板,但不具有视觉信号功能,仅配有测试按

钮。
